Shipping Policies and Procedure

SHIPPING RATES & METHODS
Shipping is not included in our prices unless otherwise indicated. Standard shipping is $15.00 for shipment by UPS Ground Service to destinations within the continental USA. Orders are shipped within 2 business days after you submit your Print Approval. You can expect delivery 2-3 business days for the East Coast and up to 5 business days for the West Coast.

For an additional charge, we offer UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air. The additional charge will be added to your total order and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA
Orders shipped to Canadian customers will usually be charged an additional $10 - $15. Orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain generally average an additional $15.

OUR PACKAGING
All Memory Lane prints are bubble wrapped and shipped in 31 x 19 x 3 plain brown boxes.
