1. Choose the 3, 5, or 8-building form from the list above.
2. Download the form and save it to your computer.
3. Open the document and begin entering your keyword information, saving as you
go.
4. When your form is complete, send it by email to us at keywords@yourmemorylane.com.
Method Two: Create a keyword list from scratch.
If your computer cannot open our type-in forms, you can create the list in a different software program by following our instructions.

IMPORTANT: Errors are defined as anything that is incorrect, anything we misunderstood, unnecessary elements, misspellings, punctuation errors, and incorrect names, dates, vehicles, or logos. Use the following form to submit your corrections:
If you would like us to change something that is not an error—to add something new, or to make something bigger, smaller, or a different color—we must consider such a change a personal preference and, therefore, a billable revision. At this point, personal revisions will either be made without additional cost (at our discretion) or billed up to $60.00 (without notice), depending on the number and the complexity. If we determine that your revisions will exceed $60.00, we will provide an explanation and quote before proceeding. All billable revisions will be added to your shopping cart total after checkout.
